You are in the ROOM, where the procedure will be carried out - it could be a doctor or dentist's own office, some special area of a hospital or surgical center, or the OR itself. If you are lucky, you are unconscious now, if not, then you brace yourself for the needle, and the horror of having to, if not watch, then experience the whole event with one or more of your other senses. Conscious or not, the wolf bears its stainless steel crome-plated fangs and talons, and sinks them into your numb flesh. Like a real predator that keeps the herd healthy by cutting down diseased animals, they rip the sick and undesirable portions from the body, a bloody cleansing and restoration.
